  • Rotate tires and set tire pressure.
  • Found passenger front stud and lug seized. Remove hub assembly to access wheel studs. Extract and replace wheel stud. Replace one lug nut. NOTE: Brake noise was coming from incorrectly installed brake shims.
  • Found TSB from FORD. Advised customer to take to dealership for repairs under warranty. **Disconnected module, hatch will manually open/ close now until repairs are made**
