Services Performed
- Performed air suspension air mass, and leak test. Found air spring modulator valve leaking air pressure back into tank. Removed, and replaced air valve suspension block. Calibrate air suspension.
- Pressure tested cooling system. Found water pump leaking. Also found idler pulley bearing failed and noisy, belt tensioner spring sprung, and main drive belt glazed from tensioner failure. Drained coolant. Removed hoses. Removed belts. Removed belt tensioner, idler pulley, and water pump. Installed new water pump, belt tensioner, idler pulley, and main drive belt. Filled with fresh coolant.
- Found code P0128 for thermostat sticking open. Removed, and replaced thermostat.
- Found upper ball joints have play, and rubber torn. Also found both lower ball joints have play, and reading 0.35" while specs call for 0.20" of play allowance. Removed and replaced both upper, and lower ball joints.
- Set toe, check ,camber and caster on all four wheels to factory specs.
- Remove rear disk brake pads and rotors. Clean all caliper slides, replace disk brake pads and disk brake rotors. Bleed air from system and road test vehicle.
