Found A/C compressor bearing failed, and locked up internally. Evacuate A/C system. Removed belt, and compressor. Installed new compressor, and belt. Recharged A/C. NOTE: Due to compressor being locked up if any problems arise in the future vehicle may need complete A/C kit
Test system for leaks, add refrigerant dye and up to 1lb of freon. Check system pressures and adjust A-C belt if necessary. Inspect A-C controlls. Preformance test.
Changed Motor Oil & Replaced Filter, Added Up To 5 QTS 0W20 Drydene Synthetic Motor Oil, Lube Chassis, Check all Fluid Levels

Advised customer noise was heard on time during test drive. Front brakes are at 7/32nds and rear brakes are at 4/32nds. Brakes have life, rears are starting to show sings of rust. Rust build up will cause this noise. Advised customer to monitor and replace rear brakes if noise persists.
Found both idler pulleys have play and belt tensioner cocked. Remove and replace belt tensioner and belt, and both idler pulleys.
Hears a knocking noise on test drive. Found rear stabilizer bar end links have play. Remove and replace both rear stabilizer end links.

Drain transmission fluid. Inspect fluid for contaminants and condition. Replenish fluid with O-E spec oil. Level off fluid and road test vehicle.
Visually inspect hoses, clamps, and belt, also pressure test cooling system for leaks. Drain and fill radiator with up to 1 gallon Of O-E eqivelent antifreeze.
Remove front and rear differential cover, inspect gears for proper wear, inspect fluid for contamination, reseal cover and replenish with OE gear oil
