Found right side exhaust tail pipe broken at muffler. Replaced right side exhaust tail pipe.

Changed Motor Oil & Replaced Filter, Added 5 QTS Standard Motor Oil, Lube Chassis, Check all Fluid Levels and adjust tire pressure
Rotate tires and set tire pressure.
Found both manifold gaskets blown out, and leaking. Removed all bolts, and pulled manifolds. Found (3) broken bolts inside of manifold. Drill, and tap out broken bolts. Installed new manifold gaskets, and manifolds with new hardware. Torque all bolts to specs.
Replace front brake pad linings and front brake disc rotors. Clean and lubricate brake calipers and slide mechanisms. Check and fill brake fluid. Bleed air from system. Road test vehicle.
Remove rear disk brake pads and rotors. Clean all caliper slides, replace disk brake pads and disk brake rotors. Bleed air from system and road test vehicle.
Check brake fluid for moisture and contamination. Inspect all hydraulic line and hoses. Inspect calipers and wheel cylinders. Inspect master cylinder and cap. Flush entire brake system including master cylinder, calipers, wheel cylinders until clean.
Found water pump leaking coolant. Drained coolant. Removed hoses, and belts. Removed, and replaced water pump. Installed new serpentine belt. Installed hoses, and filled coolant.

Adjusted headlights as best as we can. Advised customer to drive at night and bring back if further adjustments are needed.
Remove front and rear differential cover, inspect gears for proper wear, inspect fluid for contamination, reseal cover and replenish with OE gear oil.
Visually inspect hoses, clamps, and belt, also pressure test cooling system for leaks. Drain and fill radiator with up to 1 gallon Of O-E eqivelent antifreeze.
Replace front brake pad linings and front brake disc rotors. Clean and lubricate brake calipers and slide mechanisms. Check and fill brake fluid. Bleed air from system. Road test vehicle.
Remove rear disk brake pads and rotors. Clean all caliper slides, replace disk brake pads and disk brake rotors. Bleed air from system and road test vehicle.

Performed air suspension air mass, and leak test. Found air spring modulator valve leaking air pressure back into tank. Removed, and replaced air valve suspension block. Calibrate air suspension.
Pressure tested cooling system. Found water pump leaking. Also found idler pulley bearing failed and noisy, belt tensioner spring sprung, and main drive belt glazed from tensioner failure. Drained coolant. Removed hoses. Removed belts. Removed belt tensioner, idler pulley, and water pump. Installed new water pump, belt tensioner, idler pulley, and main drive belt. Filled with fresh coolant.
Found code P0128 for thermostat sticking open. Removed, and replaced thermostat.
Found upper ball joints have play, and rubber torn. Also found both lower ball joints have play, and reading 0.35" while specs call for 0.20" of play allowance. Removed and replaced both upper, and lower ball joints.
Set toe, check ,camber and caster on all four wheels to factory specs.
Remove rear disk brake pads and rotors. Clean all caliper slides, replace disk brake pads and disk brake rotors. Bleed air from system and road test vehicle.
