Found codes P1604 for start ability malfunction, C1203 for engine control system circuit fault, and C1336 for zero point calibration yaw sensor. Reset ABS memory and re-callibrated the ABS module and reset the yaw rate sensor. Clear all codes and values in ecm. Road test.

Test drive vehicle at slow speeds and noted no brake issues. Test drove vehicle on road at speed and no issues with brakes present. Did hear crunching type noise when braking from front brakes. Pull all wheels to perform visual inspection of brakes. Found rear brakes way out of adjustment and front brake lube and contact points very dry. Clean and adjust rear brakes. Clean and lube front brake slide pins and all contact points. Test drive vehicle again – OK at this time.

Test drive and inspect brakes. Rear brakes at 50% remaining and front brakes at 75% remaining. Did not brake pedal is soft. Inspected for possible fluid leak – none seen. May be due to failed ABS module.
Tune engine remove coils to acess and replace spark plugs with original O-E spark plugs. Reassemble and reset all codes and values in ecm.
