Advised customer of possible injector noise. Customer to monitor noise to see if it gets louder.
Found coolant bypass tube on top of block leaking. Remove and replace coolant bypass tube and o-ring. Visually inspect hoses, clamps, and belt, also pressure test cooling system for leaks. Drain and fill radiator with up to 1 gallon Of O-E equivalent antifreeze.
Found belts worn. Remove and replace alternator drive belt and water pump drive belt.
Found heat shield on passenger side manifold is loose. Secure heat shield with mechanic wire.
Rotate tires and set tire pressure.
Found both left rear brake lights out. Remove and replace both left rear brake light bulbs.
Tune engine remove coils to acess and replace spark plugs with original O-E spark plugs. Reassemble and reset all codes and values in ecm.
Drain transfer case fluid. Inspect fluid for contaminants and condition. Replenish with O-E spec oil. Road test vehicle
Remove front and rear differential cover, inspect gears for proper wear, inspect fluid for contamination, reseal cover and replenish with OE gear oil
Check brake fluid for moisture and contamination. Inspect all hydraulic line and hoses. Inspect calipers and wheel cylinders. Inspect master cylinder and cap. Flush entire brake system including master cylinder, calipers, wheel cylinders until clean.
Remove transmission fluid ,change filter, inspect and lubricate linkage and controls (Where applicable) and adjust all bands to factory specifications where applicable. Replenish with factory spec fluid.. Road test vehicle

Found front shocks blown out. Replaced front shocks.
Found passenger side exhaust manifold leaking, and 2 broken manifold bolts. Extract broken bolts. Removed, and replaced right side exhaust manifold with new gaskets, and hardware. While manifold was out found right side engine mount was torn from mount. Replaced right side engine mount.

Found driver front and passenger rear TPMS sensor batteries are dead. Dismount tires. Replaced both TPMS sensors. Mount and set pressures. Program sensors
Checked fuses. OK. Checked for power, and grounds. Checked for chaffed wires. OK. Found lighter base faulty. This part is on national back order.
Found skid plate oil soaked. Looks like turbo is leaking oil, causing skid plate to become saturated. Removed, and replaced skid plate insulator
Changed Motor Oil & Replaced Filter, Added 5 QTS Standard Motor Oil, Lube Chassis, Check all Fluid Levels and adjust tire pressure
Found valve covers leaking oil onto skid plate. Removed fuel rail. Removed valve cover. Installed new valve cover with gasket.

Found passenger front stud and lug seized. Remove hub assembly to access wheel studs. Extract and replace wheel stud. Replace one lug nut. NOTE: Brake noise was coming from incorrectly installed brake shims.
Found TSB from FORD. Advised customer to take to dealership for repairs under warranty. **Disconnected module, hatch will manually open/ close now until repairs are made**
