- Found code P0455 for large evap leak detected. Inspected evaporative emission system and found no obvious faults. Used a scan tool to command on the purge valve. Found purge valve not coming on until its commanded over 40%. Smoke tested system and found the canister vent valve not fully sealing and has excessive resistance. Remove and replace purge valve and canister vent vale with O.E parts. Clear all codes and values in ecm. Road test vehicle.
