Tested charging system. Found battery not holding charge, battery cables split, and heavy acid corrosion. Removed cables, and replaced battery. Installed new cables.
After replacing battery, cables, and connector vehicle still would not start. Checked power to starter. Starter has power, but will not engage. Replaced starter assembly. Checked operation. Vehicle now starts.
